About usMenagementPolicy of Quality

“Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo is a joint-venture for the quality and quantity inspection of goods. It’s a legal successor of  “Juginspekt” Sarajevo, the department of coal, fuel and chemicals. It changed its name into “Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo after the downfall of former Yugoslavia and has been known as such ever since. The head office of the company is located in Sarajevo, and its main activity is the quality and quantity inspection of goods.

Thanks to its continuous activities and ambitions, the management of the company aims to become the regional leader and innovator when it comes to inspection, testing and verification (of goods). “Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo pays special attention to quality control of its processes, as well as to its optimal organisation aiming at the fastest and most effective response to our clients’ requests. We do this by providing our employees with continuous educational training sessions in order to raise the level of their competence and for them to be able to follow the development of (in the field of) inspection, testing and verification (of goods).

In 1997, we implemented the requests of the ISO 9002:1994 international standard, and by doing so “Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo became the second company in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was certified to implement the system of quality according to the ISO 9002:1994 international standard. Having developed our system of quality even further, by the end of 2000 we implemented the requests of the ISO 9001:1994 international standard. And as the top result of the wise business strategies and dedication of our top management, at the beginning of 2002 we also fulfilled the requests of the ISO 9001:2000 international standard. The Certificate No. 12 100 165564 TMS was obtained by a well known German certification organisation - TÜV Bayern Sava, Germany. We were certified in the field of the independent inspection and laboratory testing of energy minerals, petroleum and petroleum derivatives as well as the inspection of consumer products.

Having developed the implemented system of quality control even further, in 2005,  we were certified according to ISO 9001:2000, in the field of the independent inspection and laboratory testing of energetic minerals, petroleum and petroleum derivatives, organic chemistry products, bauxite and semi-products of bauxite,  natural gas as well as other widely used goods. We were certified by BUREAU VERITAS QUALITY INTERNATIONAL Ltd. London – Great Britain – BVQI.

Together with the quality system development, the quality system of the testing labs and inspection body has been developed as well. As a result of that, during August 2002,  “Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo Testing Laboratory Sarajevo was accredited by The B&H Accreditation Institute – BATA – for fulfilling the requirements of BAS EN ISO/IEC 17025, and so it became the first laboratory in the country to have this certificate. Thanks to further development of the quality system and proving its competence, in 2004 “Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo Testing Laboratory Kakanj was accredited by the Croatian Accreditation Agency (HAA), The Republic of Croatia, for being in accordance with the HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. We obtained the certificate No. 1062/07 and were accredited in the field of testing of selected physical and chemical characteristics of liquid petroleum fuel, lubricant and energy coal. HAA is a full member of EA (European Co-operation for accreditation).

The success of the Testing Laboratory is important because it has become the leader in the field of quality inspection and its results can be compared to the results of the most modern laboratories in the world. This also means that the results obtained in this laboratory are recognised all over the world, without any post-testing necessary, which is of great importance for us as well as for the whole country.

We should also mention “Inspekt RGH” Inspection Body here, the Inspection Body whose quality system was adjusted to the requirements of BAS ISO/IEC 17020. At the beginning of 2004 it was accredited by the B&H Accreditation Institute (BATA) – the Certificate No. IN-03-02. It was accredited for the independent inspection of petroleum and petroleum products, solid mineral fuels (coals), bauxite and semi-products of bauxite and organic chemistry products. Afterwards, it was also complemented with the inspection of natural gas. It proved its competence, independence and impartiality as an Inspection Body – Type A (an Inspection Body that performs services for third parties).

“Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo is a full member of IFIA (International Federation for Inspection Agencies – London, whose member are the most prominent inspection agencies in the world such as: Petrac, SGS, Griffits, Bureau Veritas). This membership as well as permanent presence at seminars organised by IFIA enabled us to witness the latest events in the world when quality and quantity inspection of goods is concerned and to have an opportunity to exchange experiences with other well-know inspection agencies worldwide. Having fulfilled the strict requirements of IFIA – regarding impartiality, independence and honesty – and having implemented the IFIA Anti-Bribery Code, we are entitled to issue documents which contain the following statement: ‘Company works in accordance with General Conditions Of International Federation Of Inspection Agencies (IFIA), London’.

“Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo is an organisational member of ASTM (American society for technology and materials), and as such has an opportunity to obtain current editions and take part in ASTM’s standard development.

Nowadays, “Inspekt RGH” d.d. Sarajevo has 80 full-time employees and most of them are specialised for quality and quantity inspection of different goods. In order to be able to fulfill all our clients requirements, our main goal is to raise the technological level of our equipment as well as to train, both internally and externally, all the employees involved in the process of the inspection of goods. Partly with our own capital and thanks to beneficial loans of domestic banks, as well as due to the company’s good name and our international partners, we were able to buy the best equipment, so all our labs and inspectors are very well-equipped. “Inspekt RGH” d.d.
